Registration Policy +
The annual student registration fee of $120.00 is due upon registration and is non-refundable. Your registration fee includes one pair of ballet shoes and one pair of tap shoes as well as your Spring Show costume and a Learning Stage t-shirt for your child.

Tuition Policy +
All months are priced the same regardless of holidays and weather-related closures. All tuition payments are made in advance and processed by credit card on the first business day of each month. See Tuition for Tuition Price details. A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for all declined credit cards not updated with the front desk by the tenth of the month. The first and last month of tuition will be billed upon registration, in addition to the registration fee. The September tuition is non-refundable. The May tuition may be refunded per our cancellation policy.

Enrollment Policy +
Enrollment is based on availability. Those who register first will be accepted in the order that their paid registration is received. Registration is ongoing until all classes are full. Students must be age three by September 15, 2020 to enroll.

Cancellation Policy +
Registration is for the entire school year. If you need to withdraw your child from the program, you must give written notice by the 15th of the current month to cancel for the following month. There are no refunds for the month in progress, even if your child does not attend. We do not accept drops by phone or in person. Your withdrawal notification must be given by email. You will receive email confirmation of your cancellation within 48 hours during normal non-holiday weekdays.

Pick-Up Policy +
All students must be picked up by 12:30pm. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed for every two minutes a child stays late. Students will not be dismissed to anyone other than their legal guardian or carpool members as indicated in their online account.
